Our Anna Bacco is not a chef, but rather a traditional Italian “mum” who is ready to reveal her secret recipes for our guests. Our cookery courses take place in a relaxed, informal atmosphere where learning how to prepare a typical Tuscan menu will be a cultural and emotional experience. “Mamma Anna” offers traditional Chianti dishes, from homemade pasta to “Old Style” wild boar, rounding it off with her “cantucci” biscuits.
At the end of the class guests can enjoy the dishes prepared, accompanied by our excellent Castello di Tornano Chianti Classico.
