Start of hot spring with a cold return in the first decade of April. Late April and May hot with practically summer temperatures without heavy rainfall. Summer without any precipitation with exceptionally hot temperatures until all September October with a production drop of 50% compared to the ceiling, due to the prolonged absence of precipitation. Budding and all the vegetative trends have been strongly anticipated. The grapes already in mid-September showed particularly high sugar content and acidity levels below the Media.

Vinification obtained in small containers of 25 hl with maximum temperature. of 31 °, with 18 days of maceration, frequent reassembling and crowding.
Refining Made of first-pass carats from 225 and 500 litres of French oak of the central massif for 18 months, followed by about 6 months of refinement in the bottle;
Production 6,000 barrel. by Lt. 0.750.
Chemical Analysis Alcohol 13.70% vol.
Organoleptic analysis Wine of extreme elegance with intense ruby red colour with slight garnet reflections, fine, intense and persistent bouquet, with hints of red fruit, plums and oak, good structure, great harmony with soft tannins well mixed with notes of fruit, with a long and pleasant finish.
